Level 2: Operational Control

Consistent HR Oversight & Execution

Best for - Organizations that need HR handled correctly and consistently—but do not require a full-time internal HR role.

This level focuses on:

  • Ongoing compliance oversight

  • Structured onboarding and offboarding

  • Policy and documentation maintenance

  • Leadership guidance on employee or volunteer issues

  • Monthly retainer

$1,000–$3,000 per month, depending on complexity and exposure
