At Sprout & Vine HR and Growth Strategies, we believe people come first, and that includes every person who visits our website. We want everyone to be able to learn about our services, get resources, and book a consultation with us, whatever their ability or technology.

Our Commitment

We are working to make our website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These are the widely recognized standards for making web content accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility is ongoing work for us, not a one-time project. We review our site regularly and make improvements as we go.

What We Do

• Use clear, readable fonts and strong color contrast

• Add descriptive alternative text to meaningful images

• Organize pages with clear headings so they're easy to navigate

• Make sure the site can be used with a keyboard and works with screen readers

• Write in plain language wherever we can

 

Third-Party Tools

Our website runs on Wix, and we use Calendly to schedule and pay for consultations. We choose tools that make an effort toward accessibility, but we don't control how they're built. If any part of the booking process is hard to use, please email us. We'll gladly schedule your consultation and handle payment directly with you.

 

Known Limitations

Some older content, downloadable documents (such as PDFs), or embedded features may not yet be fully accessible. If you need something in another format, let us know and we'll provide it.
