Wage Theft Prevention Act (Labor Code §2810.5) – Provide required written notice of pay rates, paydays, and employer info to new hires.

Final Wages (Labor Code §§201–203) – Ensure departing employees are paid on time, including vacation/PTO payouts.

COBRA / Cal-COBRA Notices – Provide continuation of health coverage when employment ends.
